Honest Vegamour Review- Does it work?

My Hair Journey

If you’re unfamiliar with my hair journey, I’ve lost a TON of hair over the last few years due to an unfortunate hair extensions situation and multiple food allergy elimination diets. I had LOTS of breakage from the extensions and when I started doing the elimination diets, I noticed that more of my hair was falling out as well due to multiple deficiencies. It has taken almost 3 years to grow it back but I’ve still got a long way to go. I saw a lot of amazing Vegamour reviews so I decided to try it out for myself and share my own honest Vegamour review with you!

Vegamour GRO Collection

The Vegamour GRO collection is for those within thinning hair or looking to grow their locks. It includes products that reduce shedding and fall out, increase hair density and strength, and helps to create thicker, fuller and healthier looking hair overall. This collection includes vegan products for hair, brows and lashes. AND I didn’t include a photo below but the Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies are the BEST I have ever tried and they taste sooooo good! One of my favorite products for sure. Read on for my Vegamour reviews!

Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Shampoo & Conditioner

My first impression of the Vegamour shampoo and conditioner was that it smelled REALLY good (and leaves hair smelling good too)! It also leaves hair feeling really soft and bouncy, which I love since my naturally hair is very fine. Over time, I did notice more growth than usual and my hair is looking much healthier! My hair was previously growing back soooo slowly but this has helped so much. I’m going to continue use! The only thing I would recommend is rinsing the Vegamour conditioner out really well. It takes longer than other conditioners I’ve used but it’s worth it.

Vegamour GRO Hair Serum

I used this Vegamour hair serum in conjunction with the GRO shampoo and conditioner and it also seemed to really help! I think that all the products together make a great team! The Vegamour hair growth serum was easy to use and did not leave my hair feeling greasy (which is always my fear lol!). A little definitely goes a long way. This is another winner in my book! I forgot to snap my before photo but I would say that with the shampoo, conditioner and serum combo, my hair grew twice as fast as it normally does. I would say that it grew an inch and a half in the last 6 weeks.

Vegamour GRO Brow Serum

I think that the Vegamour GRO Brow Serum is the product that I saw the most visual change from. Like many other people my age, my eyebrows fell victim to the over-plucking trend of the early 2000s LOL! I thought they’d never grow back! This can be used twice a day but I decided to use it once a day instead. I saw results almost immediately. Upon waking after my first application, I saw tiny hairs on my brow bone. I have not plucked my eyebrows at all (which was so hard lol) and I’ve seen great results so far. There are hairs popping up in places that didn’t previously have consistent hair growth, especially on my right brow. I have faith that over time, I will get my brows back. Very, very impressed with the Vegamour brow serum!

Vegamour GRO Lash Serum

Like the brow serum, the Vegamour GRO Lash Serum can also be used twice a day. I’ve used eyelash serums before and had a bad experience with one of them so I opted for one time a day just to be safe. I’m happy to report that I did not have any side effects from this Vegamour lash serum – no redness, irritation, etc. I can see a difference in my lashes. They seem more supple, softer and voluminous but it’s not as obvious as the brow serum. It wasn’t until the before and after photo that I realized the difference! Vegamour Hydr-8 Collection

I have absolutely LOVED using the Vegamour GRO Collection in the past so I decided to give the Vegamour Hydr-8 Collection a try. This collection features a shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, hair oil and leave-in conditioner. It’s perfect for those with dry and damaged hair as it features amino acids and a vegan keratin alternative, Karmatin. Check out more of my full Vegamour review below!

Vegamour Hydr-8 Shampoo and Conditioner

The Vegamour Hydr-8 Shampoo and Conditioner helps repair and strengthen hair while protecting locks from future damage. It also hydrates, smooths and reduces frizz. Upon using this duo, I first noticed the smell. It smells SO good! It’s like a light powdery scent but I love it and felt it made my shower experience feel more luxurious (just think Marie Antoinette hehe!). The color is stunning and the cap is so unique!

The formula for both products is amazing and lightweight. A little product goes a long way – it was very easy to cover the entirety of my scalp to ends (waist length fine hair) with a quarter size dollop. The shampoo left my hair feeling clean while the conditioner left it feeling nourished and hydrated. Both were very easy to wash out as well.

Vegamour Hydr-8 Deep Moisture Repair Mask

This Vegamour hair mask had the same light powdery scent as the shampoo and conditioner duo but the texture was super unique! It felt like a mix of cream and gel – so soft , lightweight, and luxurious feeling. I only used a small amount but it easily covered the entirety of my hair. It feels really, really nice! It was also really easy to wash out and it left my hair feeling so soft and smooth (and with a light scent). I am excited to see how this does long-term!

Vegamour GRO and Shine Duo

The Vegamour GRO and Shine Duo consists of the Vegamour Hydr-8 Weightless Repair Oil and the Vegamour Hydr-8 Leave-In Conditioner.

Firstly, I loveeee leave-in conditioners! I use them mainly for detangling purposes but the Vegamour leave-in conditioner is more than that. It’s works just fine for minor detangling but I absolutely love that it includes a heat protectant while fighting frizz, flyaways and humidity. You can also use it on dry hair for a quick refresh! This one also has the same amazing scent as the rest of the collection.

As for the Vegamour repair oil, I really love the texture and consistency. The oil is smooth and lightweight and my hair just adores it. This also fights frizz and flyaways while sealing split ends and strengthening hair. It left my fine hair looking shiny and smooth without being weighed down (so important for my hair type!). Funny enough, I found that this product was the only one in the collection without a scent.

Vegamour Review: Does Vegamour Work?

Is Vegamour worth it? Overall, I would say yes! I REALLY love the products from both collections! They all worked wonders and I am going to continue using them. I think the value is good for what you’re getting, I love the clean ingredients and of course, I love the pretty pink packaging (because presentation totally matters to me). I would recommend these for anyone that is looking to achieve natural results with products that really work.
