There is just something about Old Hollywood glam style! It’s been one of my favorites since I could remember. The sparkle, the elegance and the feminine designs are enough to make anyone swoon. Fashion from decades past has always been a huge influence on my own personal style, especially when it comes to dresses, jewelry and coats. Today I’m excited to share my honest Santinni coat review. First Impressions of my Santinni Couture Pink Coat

 

 

I got the  Santinni Couture ‘An American in Paris’ coat (recently renamed the ‘Marlene’ coat). It comes in tan, black, brown, white and of course, pink! I had been lusting after it for well over a year before I pulled trigger. My wardrobe consists of a lot of pink and lighter neutrals so I felt like it was something that would easily style with items I already have. Plus the vintage silhouette and faux fur accents are to die for!

 

It arrived in a beautiful pink box (that I now use for storage). Seeing it in person honestly does it no justice! It’s SO beautiful. The quality is top tier and the color is out of this world gorgeous! The gold metal buttons were so luxe and seemed to be of high quality. It’s also very soft! I also didn’t realize this when I purchased but the faux fur on the collar AND cuffs are removable so essentially, you could style it a few different ways.

How Do Santinni Coats Fit?

 

 

Since this was my first experience with Santinni Couture London, I wasn’t sure quite what to expect with the sizing. I’m happy to report that the fit is perfect! I got my normal UK size 8 (US 4) and it fits like a dream.The length is also really nice. I was afraid it would be too long because I’m quite petite at 4’11” but it looks beautiful. The color makes such a statement but it’s also very soft, feminine and neutral. You can easily wear it with so many different things!

Are Santinni Coats comfortable?

 

 

I wore this dreamy coat out for the first time on my birthday in June when we went to Hearst Castle (it was freezing cold in mid June – can you imagine that? Haha!). EVERYONE exclaimed at how stunning this coat was. I can’t even recall how many compliments I received. I was so comfortable and cozy all day long. It kept me warm while looking stylish, two things that don’t always coexist.

Are Santinni Couture coats worth it?

 

 

I won’t lie. Santinni Couture coats can be pricey and that’s probably why you are reading my Santinni review. However, in my opinion, it’s better to splurge on higher quality outerwear since it’s something you will wear often (and hopefully for many years). I’ve worn MUCH cheaper coats in the past (like Forever 21 cheap) and not only do they not keep you warm but they don’t last.

 

The investment of this dreamy Santinni Couture pink coat was well worth it in my opinion. I feel like such an Old Hollywood starlet when I wear it! And it looks amazing with anything from dressy to casual looks. The color fills me with joy and goes with everything in my closet. I do have a lot of coats (see my full collection here) but if I wear to choose only one, it would be this one.

 

If you are looking for something more versatile, you should definitely check out the rest of their collection. They have more neutral colors like black, tan and white that go with anything. They also have a lot of beautiful styles to choose from! If I’m being honest, I would totally get one of each if my wallet would allow it.
