Barbie-core is one of the year’s biggest trends. As someone that LOVES pink, this makes my heart so happy! What is Barbie-core, you ask? Barbie-core incorporates bright pink elements into your outfits – think clothing items, accessories, jewelry, etc. In my case, I decided to create a lovely pink skirt outfit inspired by my love of the Barbie-core trend!

I’m not stranger to pink. In fact, if you were to take a peek into my closet, you’d see an abundance of pink shades from the lightest blush all the way to the brightest magenta. I’ve been a pink fan for my entire life so it’s no surprise that I’d love a feminine and fun trend such as Barbie-core.

The moment I saw this skirt, I knew that it was meant to be! It includes a variety of pink shades reminiscent of candy with the most beautiful 3-D florals (in tulle, of course). Since the star of the show is this stunning pink skirt, I added touches of white throughout to style my look. After all, pink and white is one of my absolute favorite color combos and I must say that it’s quite Barbie-esque.

This top is an absolute dream! From the romantic florals to the crochet lace to the frilly puff sleeves, it’s as pretty as they come. And versatile too as I’ve already styled it with various skirts and dresses! I incorporated more white by adding my favorite pair of basic white sandals and a cream pearl barrette. To finish off my pink skirt outfit, I added a pop of bubble gum pink with this stunning handbag!
