When I first saw this dress, my heart melted a bit. It’s perfect in every way! Most sequin New Years Eve dresses are more form-fitting, but I loved that this one had a more relaxed and slightly bohemian feel. It has a beautiful swoop neck, two sides slits, flutter sleeves and the most gorgeous silver sequins fit for classic Hollywood royalty. For New Years Eve, I knew I wanted something that wasn’t too flashy but still encompassed that vintage glamour that I love so much. Naturally, a shaggy faux fur jacket was the perfect topper! I just love the texture play between the sequins and faux fur and think it’s a perfect match. Originally, I had thought to go all out and pair an embellished clutch with this outfit, but ultimately decided to let the dress take center stage and opted for a blush handbag with minimal pearl embellishments. For jewelry, I donned a delicate vintage inspired filagree bracelet and sparkly diamond ring. Instead of going for a necklace, I wore a lovely pearl headband to finish off my outfit. And of course, my look wouldn’t be complete without a swipe of bold red lipstick and a spritz of my favorite perfume.
