Jill Stuart Lip Blossom in “Tulip Red” (Similar here)

I love your detailed descriptions. Founding the right red shade is tricky, and usually I’m not bold enough to pull it off and end up subduing it with a lighter lip gloss. For going out at night, though (especially if you’re going somewhere with dim lighting), it’s great!
Finding a red shade isn’t easy, I feel like it’s something you need to do in person. I love the variety of shades, I feel like red is great in winter!

I’ll admit, red lipsticks are totally daunting to me. I don’t know if I even own one anymore. After years of trying (and failing) to find one that worked without making me look like a clown, I just gave up eventually. But you’re making me want to give them a try again. So many gorgeous variations that could work for so many skin types!
I hesitate to wear reds on my lips because of the maintenance but I love how they look so much. I’m no makeup artist so I’m just always afraid of messing it up! xoxo, Sarah

You should give it another shot! I great tip for making it look more together is to clean up the edges with your foundation or concealer! Also apply from the corners of your mouth out! This helps for a cleaner look!
