Nothing screams girly-girl quite like a white and pink outfit! And while the color combo can lean a bit juvenile at times, there are still plenty of ways to elevate your look to create something more sophisticated, classy and elegant while keeping that traditional girly flair 😉

Let me tell you a secret… one of my biggest fears has always been the fear of being a boring dresser. LOL – not even joking! I don’t even know where this came from?? I think that part of it might be from my time working as a merchant teller at a bank years ago. They had a strict, mundane dress code that left me with black slacks, collared shirts and minimal jewelry and makeup… every single day. I. Was. Miserable. I felt like I was being boxed in and that I had no creative freedom to express my personal style. I craved patterns, colors, pretty details and sparkle! It wasn’t until worked for myself that I finally got to express my personal style fully.
Like a magnet, I’ve always been drawn to color. It’s puts a smile on my face and makes me feel warm inside… like a ray of sunshine peeking out through the clothing racks. And as I’ve gotten older, I’ve developed a love for neutrals and understood their importance for a balanced wardrobe. As a self-proclaimed girly-girl, it’s not surprising that my favorite color combo of all-time is white and pink. It makes me feel pretty and feminine and gives me all those warm fuzzies inside… and honestly, that’s how our clothes should always make us feel no matter what our personal style is.
This is one of those outfits. I loveeee this dress and have probably worn it way too many times since I got it haha! It has the most lovely eyelet details and while eyelet is typically reserved for summer, I do think it’s nice transitional dress for fall. It looks incredible with any length of boots and adding a nice felt hat gives it that autumnal feel. In this case, I paired it with a gorgeous pearl embellished handbag, pink bow shoes and pearl headband.
Would you wear a white and pink outfit?
