Nearly six years ago, I walked down a lush grassy aisle lined with blush pink florals and Moon River (the Audrey Hepburn version, of course!) playing in the background toward the love of my life. The sun was shining and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect (although, it did rain after the ceremony lol!). Regardless, there is just something so magical about springtime weddings and now that mine has come and gone, I always look forward to celebrating with others. Aside from the obvious celebration, my favorite part about spring weddings has to be the fashion! I love any excuse to get dressed up…but now that I think about it, that’s pretty much everyday for me haha!!
When I first saw this dress, I knew that it would be perfect for any occasion, especially as a spring wedding guest outfit. The color is the prettiest shade of light blue and the detailing is so incredibly intricate! Plus the tiered ruffle bottom is to die for! It’s a stunner if I ever saw one 😉 The dress is midi length and since I’m very petite (4’11”), I opted for the petite version so just keep this in mind. Since it’s quite a detailed dress, I think that neutral accessories compliment it best. I chose a pretty pearl handbag (seen recently in this post and this post), floral necklace, dainty cuffs and a nude sandal.
