Would you believe me if I told you that this was my very first pant suit? Although, I now work from home, I’m no stranger to workwear. Back in my bank teller days, feminine workwear options were obsolete. I wore pin-stripped trousers and silky button up tops. While there’s nothing wrong with this professional combo, I felt truly limited in what I could wear to work. After all, I love color, texture, interesting details and most of all, PINK. Because of my style limitations, I swore that I would never don another blazer again. Boy have times changed.
Not only has my blazer collection grown tenfold but there are SO many beautiful, stylish and feminine workwear options nowadays. I only wish I had these back in the day! One of my favorite brands for workwear is, of course, Elie Tahari. I have several of their pieces in my wardrobe and honestly, they never disappoint. The quality is immaculate and they always have a variety of pieces for ladylike style.
One of my absolute favorite outfits from them has to be this dreamy pink suit set. The matching pants and blazer come in the most lovely shade of light pink. The fit on both is beautiful and oh so flattering! I wasn’t sure how the pants would fit since I have larger hips and a petite frame but I’m happy to report that they are perfect in every way. I included a white silk cami underneath for an added bit of glamour. They have the prettiest camis and I just adore the feminine pink and white color combo!
Best of all, these pieces can be styled together or separately. The pink pants look amazing with a white or floral blouse and the blazer looks perfectly polished with a dress. The cami is also great for elevating more casual outfits. I love how it looks with a flowy skirt! Together, they are all just magical! This pink power suit is proof that girly style can still look professional. Bonus – this pink suit for women is perfect for transitioning from office to after hours!
For this outfit, I styled it with matching pink heels, a white tweed handbag and a pearl headband. I kept my jewelry minimal for a elegant and sophisticated look. The result is pretty and polished outfit that looks straight out of Barbie’s closet.

You look really great in pants and ought to wear them more often. I was a skirts/dresses only person until I was in my early 30s (religious reasons). My friends persuaded me to try a pair and I was surprised how comfy they were and now probably wear them more than skirts!
