Today is the day! My girly floral sneaker collection has officially launched – YAY! I’ve finally received the finished product and oh my gosh, they are GORGEOUS!! The feeling of creating something and seeing it come to life is unreal. Does this mean that I can finally add “designer” to my resume? 🙂 I’m so excited to share my feminine floral sneakers with you!

Girly Floral Sneakers to Wear With Dresses

So why sneakers, you ask?

To be honest, I was never a sneaker girl. I was more of a heel and flats kind of girl hehe! In the past, I was always more dressed up than dressed down. However, as I’ve gotten older, I’ve opened up more to the idea of feminine yet comfortable clothing and shoes. I used to think that in order to look feminine, you could ONLY wear heels or flats. In Part, I feel that this was due to the fact that I couldn’t find a feminine sneaker.

A few years ago, I decided to hunt for a pair of plain white sneakers to wear to a theme park since my flats weren’t cutting it anymore. What I found was a comfortable yet feminine option and instead of reserving them for days where I would be doing a lot of walking, I started utilizing them into my everyday outfits. I know I’m not the only one that has gone through this situation and when the opportunity arose to design my own sneakers, I decided to jump on it.

From day one, I wanted to create something pretty that people would want to wear. A feminine shoe that the wearer would consistently reach for, be proud to wear and feel good in. Something that could take you many different places while also looking stylish. Something that was neutral enough to pair with a lot of things but bold enough to make a statement. A design that was incredibly feminine, comfortable and versatile. Trust me when I say that these shoes WILL bring in tons of compliments 😉

This is my first time seeing both in the flesh and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The floral print is light and romantic, printed on a white canvas fabric. The floral high top sneakers include a luxe leather detail in the back while the floral slip on sneakers include a light blush pink canvas back. Both shoes have AMAZING padding and are such high quality. I had my husband, mom, in laws and multiple family members check out the shoe first hand so I could gather their honest opinions. They ALL had positive things to say about the design, color, quality and padding!

Regarding style, sneakers themselves are a more masculine shoe option but the way you style it can be feminine and completely unique to your own personal style. Some of my favorite ways to style sneakers in a feminine way are to pair them with dresses or skirts. The floral slip ons would look amazing with pretty much anything! I can see them with skirt and dresses of all lengths (mini, midi and maxi) along with shorts and jeans. The high tops would be super cute styled with a mini or maxi (skirt or dress), shorts or fitted jeans.

Sizing wise – I would say that the slip on is true to size. I would recommend going up half a size in the high tops (this is what I did personally and they fit perfect). I also also want to note that I originally wanted to add pink ribbons laces on the high tops. It wasn’t possible this time but if you’re interested in doing the same, these are the laces that I’ll be getting!
