Upgrade Your Tone
Whites and bright colors typically symbolize summer and as we go into fall, the hues deepen to mimic the color of the changing leaves. White can do the same 😉 Go for soft creams and off white with a slightly golden tone to bring in the fall feels. Cream looks luxurious and warm and will pair well with the rest of your fall attire.
Change Up Your Silhouette
A little white dress is a classic summer staple but white dresses in the fall are equally beautiful without screaming summer vacation. I loveeee the long sleeve, breezy maxi dresses of fall. With gauzy material perfect for the ever-changing weather, this dreamy fall dress looks amazing with everything! Pair it with boots, a rancher hat or even a wide belt to give it a fall makeover.
Add a Chunky Knit
Not ready to let go of summer? Add a chunky knit cardigan or sweater to your favorite white summer dresses. Pair with your favorite fall boots and you’ve got yourself an easy look to transition from summer to fall!
Play with Textures
Of course, knits are THE texture for fall but there are so many other fall appropriate fabrics and textures that work as well! To add white into your fall wardrobe, look for fabrics like leather, tweed, plaid and textures like faux fur, feathers, velvet, corduroy and faux embossed croc. You can find these in actual clothing items like jackets, skirts or trousers and even accessories like boots and handbags.
Utilize Accessories
If you want to incorporate white in a more subtle way, add in some accessories to change up your look. White boots have been a huge trend for the last few years and I don’t see it going anywhere. Plus they look amazing with EVERYTHING! I have worn mine more times than I can count. They seriously make everything look so chic. If you’re not into footwear, add in a white quilted or structured handbag to your fall wardrobe.

I completely agree, it’s all about adding texture and cozier fabrics. I wear my white denim more in the fall than any other season! Love your dress! Such a pretty fall look!
