I have been a long-time fan and customer of VIVAIA since they started. Over the years, I’ve featured several honest VIVAIA reviews detailing various shoe options and speaking on the brand itself. I’ll never forget my very first pair and first impressions – you can read about that in this post.
In the last few years, I’ve watched them scale at an incredible rate and increase their shoe catalog to feature many unique and interesting designs. One thing they have not strayed from is comfort.
They recently upgraded a few of their footwear options with even more increased insole and heel comfort. And that’s one thing I love about them – they are always striving to do better. They constantly make positive changes and improvements with the customer in mind.
In this VIVAIA review, I am sharing three of their updated footwear options – two pairs of VIVAIA heels and one VIVAIA boot. Do they live up to the hype? Find out below!

What is VIVAIA?
VIVAIA is a sustainable shoe brand that meshes classic footwear designs with modern technology. They have a ton of different footwear options from heels and flats to sandals and boots. Many of the designs are very classic and timeless with a modern twist but they do have some trendy options as well!
What makes VIVAIA unique is that they actually use water bottles to create threads for their footwear! Each pair utilizes 6 plastic water bottles from city waste or the ocean. All of their products are also made from recycled waste and 3D technology. They have established a zero waste process to create seamless knitted designs for the ultimate mix of functionality and comfort! Not only are they comfortable and beautiful but you can also feel good about their designs.
Is VIVAIA legit?
Yes! VIVAIA is a real shoe brand. I’ve been a customer and fan ever since their conception. The footwear is high quality and SO comfortable!

VIVAIA Heels Review
VIVAIA Julie Pro
The VIVAIA Julie Pro Block Heel features:
- Round toe
- 1.77″ Block Heel (4.5 cm)

- Rubber Outsole
I got the Julie Pro in Black Tweed which includes a beautiful black and white tweed with delicate silver metallic thread. This heel also comes in a variety of neutral colors – some have a contrasting cap toe and others showcase the same shade across the entire shoe.
This pair of VIVAIA heels is incredibly versatile making the transition from desk to dinner seamless! You can easily pair these with anything but I personally think they look best with a dress, midi or mini skirt, or trousers. They also look amazing paired with tights or knee socks!
The heel height it also very comfortable. Standing, walking and even running can be done with ease and comfort. The insole padding has also been upgraded to offer even more comfort (which is amazing because their shoes were super comfy before!).
The overall look of the shoe is very polished, elegant and sophisticated. It has a Chanel-esque vibe that I love! I would say that these VIVAIA heels are more in line with dressy or work outfits but they could work well with casual looks also. Very Parisian chic!
How I Styled the Julie Pro Heel
I love the idea of taking a shoe from the office to a dinner date. You can easily wear this shoe with many different combinations but I wanted to include some holiday pizzazz with sequins! I paired these with a black sequin collared top and ruffled skirt layered with a chic white and black tweed blazer. The texture of the sequins and tweed is perfect for the cooler weather and adds interest to the outfit. I also love the pairing of two different types of tweed – in this case, opposite but both of the same color combo (black, white and silver). For accessories, I included a black velvet and pearl handbag and a simple black bow headband. The combo is a very chic Blair Waldorf inspired look!

VIVAIA Tracy Pro
The VIVAIA Tracy Pro Block Heel features:

I got the Tracy Pro in Almond Black. It has a lovely light tan color with a black cap toe and black contrasting trim. This heel also comes in a few different neutral colors that can easily be styled with a variety of looks. The cap toe design is very classic and sophisticated.
This pair of VIVAIA heels is also versatile making it easy to transition from day to night or even casual to dressy. I think they would look as amazing with a pair of jeans as they do with a little black dress. With the graphic and clean look, I find them to look best with simple or structured silhouettes.
The heel height also very comfortable to stand, walk or run in. Like the Julie Pro, the insole features a beautiful quilted design with optimal comfort at the heel and across the entirety of the insole! The pointed toe design also elongates the leg for a flattering look.
The overall look is is very elegant, timeless and clean. It has a very classic look that will stand the test of time and pair well with a variety of outfits. In fact, I think that these VIVAIA heels alone could elevate any outfit!
How I Styled The Tracy Pro Heel
This one is very timeless and classic and can be styled a variety of ways. I wanted to bring in a pop of color so I included a black, white and pink outfit combo. To start, I paired a white shirt with pearl details with a basic black pleated skirt. I topped it off with a pink tweed blazer with black contrasting trim. I love how the contrasting trim of the blazer mimics that of the Tracy Pro! For accessories, I included a white quilted tweed bag with sequins and a black velvet pearl embellished headband. Yet another Blair Waldorf-esque outfit!

VIVAIA Boots Review
VIVAIA Regina Pro
The VIVAIA Regina Pro Ankle Boot features:

- Warm, water-repellent upper
- Anti-slip Rubber Outsole
I chose the Regina Pro in Bordeaux Red, a stunning shade of cranberry that is perfect for the fall and winter seasons! This boot comes in many different colors from classic neutrals to bold hues like purple, navy and two tone looks.
This pair of VIVAIA boots also looks amazing with a variety of looks! From dressy to casual, you honestly can’t go wrong. I personally love pairing this ankle boot style with long flowy maxi dresses for a romantic look. It also looks stunning with more casual looks as well! I can perfectly imagine them with jeans or a mini skirt (alone or with tights).
The heel height is super flattering but also very comfortable. You could easily stand or walk for hours without any issues. These offer the same amazing insole comfort as the previous two but it also includes a very warm and stretchy knit. This ensures that the boots can easily be stretched to pull on and off or accommodate different ankle widths. These boots are also water-repellent making them the perfect companion for cold, drizzly days!
The overall look is classic yet modern. The design is sleek and high end but also warm and cozy. I think these VIVAIA boots personally look best with casual and work outfits but they could style well with many different looks. The color is also such a fun statement-maker!
How I Styled the Regina Pro Boot
I absolutely love how boots look with longer skirts and dresses! I wanted the boots to be the star of the show so I paired them with a pretty pink bow blouse and my favorite cream pearl embellished tulle skirt. To bring more of the beautiful merlot hue in the outfit, I layer a bordeaux floral embroidered cape on top. For accessories, I included a pretty pearl handbag and a pink pearl embellished beret. This is a very cozy yet adorable look that screams fall!

Are VIVAIA shoes good?
Absolutely! The quality is suberb, especially for the price and the comfort factor is unmatched. I’ve had my oldest pair for a couple of years and even with regular wear, they still look brand new. I also love that you can wash most VIVAIA flats in the washing machine!
Aside from that, I love the variety of footwear options that they offer and they even have accessories like bows to create a custom look. You can really find anything you need! Having beautiful, stylish, AND comfortable footwear at a decent price unheard of (especially for a sustainable brand). I would highly recommend VIVAIA to anyone and everyone!
