Girly Vintage Aesthetic Outfit
Sometimes, I wonder if I was born in the wrong era. Fashion-wise, I take a lot of inspiration for my outfits from different era’s (mainly the 20s-70s but I do love a good Victorian moment). This outfit reminds me of a cross between Jackie O, Blair Waldorf and Chanel from Scream Queens (remember that show lol?) and I am LIVING for it! This top and skirt was created by sustainable luxury fashion designer, Isabel Manns who specializes in creating gorgeous reversible clothing (check out the image below to see the print on the other side). Although I love the bold pink/purple floral print, my heart is definitely going wild over this gorgeous blush pink hue.
From first glance, you may think that this looks like a dress, but it’s actually two separate pieces – a sleeveless top and skirt to mix and match with other items in your closet. Of course, I styled it in typical Lizzie fashion with a lace top (because it wouldn’t be Lizzie in Lace without some lace… and I guess this would make me Lizzie in Lace in lace… hahaha!). As for accessories, I added my lovely white heels that go with literally everythinggg, my favorite Mary Frances bag (see my full collection here), a stunning Givenchy brooch from Obanj and the cherry on the top, a gorgeous floral pillbox hat from Merve Bayindir (check out my designer interview here). I could not believe my eyes when I saw how perfectly the pink matched the set – it was meant to be *sigh*. And I topped it off with a fun plaid pink trench to add a little bit of charm.
If there were ever a Lizzie outfit, I think this would be it. Ughhh I’m in love! And yes, I would definitely wear this to work from home lol!
If you missed it, Isabel and I have partnered together to giveaway this top (in a gorgeous blue/white combo) and a matching headband. Head to this post to enter (giveaway closed!)
