Typically I’m a pink and white kind of gal when it comes to Valentine’s Day outfits but black is actually becoming one of my favorites to include! It’s super chic, sophisticated and perfect for date night (or a Galentine’s soiree!). Light pink and black is such a classic and feminine color combo and to be honest, this might be one of my favorite Valentine’s Day outfits to date!
This pink heart skirt is the star of the show! In true Lizzie fashion, I chose a light pink tulle with black velvet hearts. This skirt goes well with so many different things but I especially love the contrast of the pink paired with black. For the top, I chose a basic black sweater top with a huge bow at the neck. I actually also have this in light pink and it’s the cutest top!! You can easily dress it up or down.
I included a stunning tweed coat with the faintest hint of shimmer for a dash of glamour. Black feather heels add a bit of playfulness to this Valentine’s Day outfit idea and a pink quilted bag emphasizes this dreamy skirt even more. The cherry on top is this simple silky hair bow for some added feminine charm. I love that it also to mirrors the bow on the top!
