I can’t believe that we are already approaching Valentine’s Day! It seems like we just celebrated the new year… but it will be spring before you know it! I feel like I’ve been posting Valentine’s Day outfits forever now but I can’t help it. It’s one of my favorite holidays to dress for!
This stunning silky purple Valentine’s Day dress would be perfect for day or night. The style is very 1930s inspired with a slinky silk fabric, long sleeves, v-neck and buttons all the way down the front. It’s one of my favorite pieces from my recent Chicwish haul and I feel like it can be styled for a variety of situations. In fact, I actually wore it for my nephews birthday party (this exact outfit – we took photos beforehand) and I got soooo many compliments!
For this look, I styled this Valentine’s Day dress with a white faux fur collar coat. I love the mix of textures with the silk and faux fur – so glamorous! I added a jeweled pink handbag and a pair of white ankle boots along with my favorite pearl headband to accessorize. The result is a lovely daytime outfit that could easily transition to night.
