I’m excited to announce that I am officially on spring break – woo! We’re leaving on our first Mexican cruise in just under a week and all I can think about is what I’m going to pack haha! One thing is for sure…this little striped beauty will be coming with me. It is the perfect vacation dress, after all!

Striped dresses always remind me of the beginning of summer – such a happy and free time. I imagine strolling down the cobblestone streets overlooking the Italian coastline… or spending the day exploring the beautiful French countryside… or picnicking on the warm sand of a secluded beach… or enjoying a relaxing bike ride in Santa Monica… or in this case, frolicking through a field of brightly colored blooms (which, by the way, is the most perfect floral field I’ve ever come across). One thing is for sure, this is dress made for going places.
As you know, I’m usually more of a floral person but this striped dress was too perfect for words and I could imagine myself wearing it everywhere. The design is classic, clean and slightly retro. I love the button up details, the bow tie waist and of course, the light blue stripes (not see through, btw!). It’s also super comfortable which makes traveling in style a breeze!
I ordered the petite and the length is perfect for my 4’11” frame! When I first laid eyes on it, this is exactly how I envisioned styling it – a pair of canvas lace up espadrilles, a woven handbag, my favorite boater hat and the most delicate rose gold jewelry.

Gorgeous Lizzy and you wear a straw hat like no other! Love it. I would style it very similarly.. love the bag ( ive got the natural straw one.. same design and love it) and the sandals look perfect with the striped dress. You cant beat a great shirtdress! I would be thinking Margaritas and sunshine too
