Shark Wandvac Review – Is it worth it?

As you know pink is my favorite color so I couldn’t help myself when I came across this gorgeous pink Shark vacuum! Does it work as well as it looks? Is this vacuum cleaner worth getting? I’ve had this Shark Wandvac for just over a year so I think I’ve had it long enough to give an honest and thorough review. Read on for my Shark Wandvac review!

What is the Shark Wandvac Cordless Vacuum?

The Wandvac system is a 3-in 1 system that cleans on hard floors, on carpets and above the floor. It’s a lightweight, powerful and cordless vacuum that cleans like a dream. The Shark cordless stick vacuum can switch modes in seconds going from a stick vacuum to a hand vacuum to a wand making it easy to clean virtually any surface. It has HyperVelocity® accelerated suction power and a PowerFins brush roll along with a sleek charging station and storage base.

Shark Wandvac Color Options

The Wandvac comes in so many gorgeous colors including mauve, grey, green, blue and my personal favorite, rose gold. As a lover of pink, I opted for the Shark Wandvac rose gold and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! It’s seriously the prettiest shade of pink I have ever seen!! After using it for a year, it still looks brand new. I was concerned that the color might rub off with wear but to my surprise, it still looks great!

Shark Wandvac Design

I absolutely love the design of the of the Shark Wandvac System! It has pretty much everything I need to ensure that my space is clean. It’s super easy to use and makes clean up a breeze. In fact, I look forward to cleaning now because using it is so much fun! It’s really simple to empty and clean as well. I always ensure that it’s emptied each time I use it though.

The self-cleaning brush roll really does work to eliminate hair wrap. Trust me, I should know. My hair is literally everywhere and it’s never gotten caught in the roller. I also love how lightweight it is! It’s very easy to clean above the floor or any other surface.

Shark Vacuum Quality

The quality of the Shark stick vacuum is amazing for the price, in my opinion. It’s really well-made and it still works perfectly after using on a consistent basic for over a year. This is my first time owning a Shark vacuum and I have to say, I’m super impressed!

Shark Wandvac Attachments

I love all of the Shark Wandvac attachments! It includes a pet power brush and crevice tool. It’s used both and they work really well! I don’t have pets, sadly so I can’t speak about that BUT I use the power brush tool on my velvet ottoman and chairs and it cleans like a dream!! The crevice tool is perfect for those small hair to reach places.

Who is the Shark Wandvac for?

The Wandvac is perfect for overall light cleaning. It’s great for picking up small messes quickly and would be ideal for someone that has a small space. The Wandvac is not ideal for deep cleaning, larger homes or larger messes. It does not pick up larger items like paper, plastic, etc. Be mindful of what is on the ground when you’re vacuuming because it is fragile in that way.

How well does a Shark Vacuum hold up over time?

Like I said, I’ve had mine for over a year and I’ve used it in every possible scenario. I’ve used it for hardwood, carpet, for the upper corners of our rooms, on counters, in tight spaces, in my car, on furniture – literally everywhere you can think of. I think it’s a great vacuum for pretty much any situation.

The charging station still works perfectly and the vacuum itself holds a charge as well as it did when I first got it. It’s easy to maneuver, easy to use and easy to clean. Aesthetically, it still looks brand new and every time someone comes to visit, they always point out how pretty my rose gold Shark Wandvac vacuum is!

Are Shark Vacuums worth it?

This is my first experience with a Shark vacuum and I would say yes, Shark vacuums are worth it! It’s definitely not a cheap vacuum but for the price, you can beat this option.

Overall, I love my Shark Wandvac Cordless Stick Vacuum! The rose gold color is perfect for my pink home and the weight, size, price and versatility are perfect for my lifestyle. I also love how well it’s worked over the last year and can’t recommend it enough!
