How to Wear a Pink Puffer Coat
I love a good coat. In fact, coats are my favorite article of clothing aside from dresses! I have a wide variety from vintage inspired silhouettes and pastels colors to glamorous faux fur and bold embellished designs. However, with my love of dressing up, the casual coat department is severely lacking. For the last few months, I’ve been adding more basics and casual pieces into my wardrobe (I even bought sweats haha!) and this coat is exactly what I needed.
This is actually the first puffer coat I’ve ever owned! I’ve been on the look out for the *perfect* one for quite a while but nothing fit the bill until I saw this gorgeous pink puffer coat from Ellen Tracy. Seriously, this color could not be more gorgeous!! It’s the most beautiful shade of pink, a hue that easily mixes and matches with so many others making it extremely versatile. If pink isn’t your jam, it does come in classic black ๐ In my case, I love colorful coats because they make cloudy days and cold weather so much more enjoyable.
This pink puffer coat is also super lightweight, flattering and warm, a truly rare combo! I actually wish I had it for my recent camping trip because it also packs up really nicely (so great for travel). The fabric is high-quality and it has zip pockets and a hidden hood! So perfect for those unexpected rainy days (no umbrella needed).
I also feel like this would pair well with so many outfits! It looks great with jeans and leggings, of course, but I was surprised by how cute it looked with my sweater dress. I think that puffer coats tend to have a more casual feel but this is proof that you can dress it up a bit and still look stylish! I just love how perfectly it matches my aesthetic and my wardrobe.
