Pink Girly Outfit for Spring

The sun is out and the birds are chirping and my heart is just so happy that spring has finally arrived in this little city of mine. The almond orchards are in full bloom and I can’t wait to share some shots we captured this year. Spring is absolutely my favorite season of all (fall is a close second) and I like to think of myself as spring time personified. And if I had an outfit to personify spring, it would look a little something like this one. The bright colors exude fun, excitement and happiness! I just love the mix of magenta and lilac with the deep purple.

Although this outfit looks like a dress, it’s actually two separate pieces! The top is sleeveless and I just layered a long sleeve top underneath (one of my favorite style hacks) and the bottom is an a-line skirt that hits just above the knee. The best part is….*wait for it*…. both pieces are completely reversible! The underside of each is a solid light pink, one of my favorite colors (see the image below for a sneak peek – the full look will be up on Wednesday along with another giveaway). You can style them a million ways together or separate and the fabrics are just so dreamy!

In this instance, I styled both of the bright florals together and paired with a magenta circle bag, white heels and a pearl headband. I’ve been super into brooches lately so I also added a cute floral bow brooch to the top. I love the finished product and I think it looks like a fun mix of Gossip Girl and Mrs. Maisel – a style that looks vintage-y yet modern.

Now for some exciting news… Isabel Manns, the designer behind this gorgeous reversible luxury ensemble is partnering with me to giveaway this top and a matching headband to one lucky winner. She has so many gorgeous patterns and colors and the winner will receive a top with a blue watercolor floral print (it reminds me of the ocean) and a solid white swiss dot pattern (the swiss dot is divine! I have an Isabel Manns dress with this very fabric).
