Fall will be here before you know it and honestly, after spring, it’s my absolute favorite season! There’s a lot to love about fall – the chilly mornings, changing leaves and autumnal glow come to mind. And even with all of that goodness, my favorite part is the outerwear.

Although I’m known mostly for my dress collection, I’m outerwear connoisseur of sorts. And when it comes to my outerwear style, I definitely have a type! When fall rolls around, I transform from Disney Princess to Old Hollywood goddess and this season is no different aside from the fact that I’ve found the most PERFECT classic Hollywood style coat from Lusso Leather.

This is a new brand to me so I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to give them a try anyway. Is Lusso Leather worth it? Find out below in my honest review along with a chic black fur coat outfit!

What is Lusso Leather?

Lusso Leather is a fashion brand that specializes in a variety of jackets and coats for men and women consisting of leather, cashmere, wool and more. You’ll find classic options on their website like bomber jackets, biker jackets and blazers along with other styles like trench coats, wool coats and motorcycle jackets at affordable prices. They also have the option for customization whether it’s for plus size, children’s jackets, team jackets or even leather bags.

Is Lusso Leather Jackets legit?

Yes, from my experience they is a legitimate company. This is my first experience with the brand but so far, it’s been positive 🙂

Lusso Leather Jackets Sizing: Is Lusso Leather true to size?

Luzzo Leather sizing for women ranges from XS to 2XL with the option for custom sizing and custom plus sizes. With that said, you’re probably wondering – Does Lusso Leather run true to size? This is my first experience with the brand but as far as I can tell, yes they they run true to size. I went with my normal size small (and that which also corresponded with the size chart) and I found it to be quite accurate. I only wish they had petite sizes available because the jacket is a bit long. However, I am only 4’11” so I have this problem often and honestly, it’s nothing that a high heel can’t fix haha! Other than that, the fit is great and it’s roomy enough for a long sleeve underneath (although I do wish there was a bit more room in the hips).

Is Lusso Leather Good Quality?

Absolutely! This coat is just stunning and the quality is very impressive for the price. I have similar coats that retail for nearly twice the price with the same caliber of quality. The outer is crafted with a soft blend of cashmere and wool while the lining is a luxurious silky satin. The fur is soooo soft and gives off such a glamorous look! I love that it not only has an oversized fur collar but fur cuffs as well (both are removable). It also includes a waist tie for a flattering fit and four gold metal buttons. The buttons are actually the only thing I don’t love. They are nice enough but for how beautiful the coat is, I prefer something a bit more unique. This is my personal choice and I’ll likely change them out. I would also say that it’s more of a medium weight – very comfortable, warm and easy to layer.

Lusso Leather Aria Coat

As much as I love a good dress, I equally love a good coat. And I definitely have a thing for vintage-inspired fur coats! Call me old-fashioned, but I love the Old Hollywood vibes that it gives off. While this can certainly be worn for everyday, I would not call it an “everyday” coat. It’s very dressy and instantly elevates everything it pairs with. The black is so chic and has a Parisian feel to it. The design is class and timeless so I definitely think this will last for many years! If you’re not fond of black, it does come in red and tan as well.

How to Style a Black Fur Coat

Wondering what to wear with a black fur coat? Honestly, black goes with everything so it’s very simple to style! For this look, I went for a chic and elegant vibe with a bit of vintage inspo and of course, old Hollywood glam. Since the coat is a solid color, I styled it with a dark floral dress. I think they complement each other beautifully! The tapestry-like fabric on the dress is such a nice juxtaposition against the soft fur on the coat. For my accessories, I added a pair of black suede heels, a pearl headband and a velvet handbag with a pearl strap. This is a lot more black than I usually wear but honestly, I love it!! It’s still feminine and romantic in a completely different way!
