Can you just imagine strolling along a street in Italy or lounging by a pool in Palm Springs in this adorable lemon print dress? Ever since I got it, I’ve been dreaming up destinations to wear it! What’s even more interesting is that this lemon print dress is, in fact, not a dress at all *gasp*! It’s actually a top and skirt set, which I love much more (especially for travel). This flattering crop top has a feminine puff sleeve and tie in the back for optimal sizing. The maxi length skirt has an elastic waist and two tiers for twirling.
Together, this crop top and skirt create the illusion of a gorgeous lemon print dress! The real magic is in the fact that they are separates and can be paired with multiple items in your wardrobe. For example, the lemon print top would look amazing paired with cut off shorts, a structured mini or midi skirt, a flowy maxi skirt or even a pair of jeans. This lemon print skirt would look great with a strapless or sleeveless fitted top, peasant top with flowy sleeves or even in conjunction with a swimsuit for a day at the pool. This is perfect for travel because it means less packing and more ways to utilize these pieces.
For this look in particular, I styled it with a vintage inspired box bag, pearl bracelet, woven choker and pearl headband. For my shoes, I donned the Tory Burch Bombe Miller Slide, my favorite summer sandal of the season! Seriously, these slides go with EVERYTHING! I don’t typically wear a ton of logos but I think they look classy and elegant.

I actually bought this outfit after seeing you wear it on instagram. The FIRST time in my life I’ve ever done that, LOL. It fits me- but you look Much better in it than I! 🙂 I then went on Poshmark and got myself a pair of lemon print wedge sandals to wear with it… “matchy matchy”! LOL
