I’ve always been a lover of lipstick and I find it incredible how each color can instantly transform your look. However, what I love the most is the confidence I feel with each swipe. It’s a beauty ritual of sorts, with each color unleashing an entirely new version of myself. Lipstick makes me feel put-together, powerful and beautiful. This is why you will hardly catch me day-to-day without some sort of lip product on my lips.
Over the years, I’ve tried many different styles, types and brands and therefore, have built up quite the collection. I have a lot to compare to and I know exactly what I like. Lipsticks can differ greatly in many aspects and through experimentation, I’ve found so many favorites. Today I’m so excited to share my honest LELO Makeup review featuring two amazing lipsticks! What is LELO Makeup?
LELO Makeup is a luxury beauty brand that includes a line of traditional bullet lipsticks as well as long lasting liquid lipsticks. Each of these innovative lipstick formulas are lightweight, comfortable, and long lasting with a variety of bold, brilliant and exciting hues. Like myself, LELO believes that beauty products have the power to allow individuals to tap into their inner confidence.
LELO Stylo Lipstick
The LELO Stylo Lipstick is an extra creamy matte lipstick available in 5 gorgeous shades ranging from a bright coral color to warm neutrals. This luxurious ultra matte lipstick is formulated with a blend of herbal-infused butter to regenerate lips for a youthful, plump appearance and to provide emollient and antioxidant properties for hydration and nourishment. It’s vegan, weightless and formulated to last up to 8 hours for all-day wear.
This bullet lipstick features:

LELO Stylo Lipstick Review
When it comes to lipsticks, I tend to favor pinks, not just because it’s my favorite color but because I think it’s one of the most flattering on me. For this lipstick, I chose color number 3, Rebel, which is a lovely rosey pink color. Upon opening, the lipstick had a gorgeous sheen and creamy look to it. The packaging is also very beautiful with a modern, minimal and luxurious design.
Upon trying it for the first time, the application was incredibly smooth, buttery and easy to use! It almost felt like a lip balm, with high pigmentation and hydration that you could actually feel. It just felt so nourishing and lightweight on my lips! The color itself is SO gorgeous. While this creamy lipstick has amazing saturation and coverage, there was a sheerness about it that made it feel very delicate and wearable. It looks very feminine, flattering and youthful. This would be the perfect lipstick for everyday wear!

LELO Liquid Lipstick
The LELO Liquid Lipstick is a high coverage liquid lipstick available in 5 bold shades ranging from a gorgeous berry color to ruby red. This luxurious long lasting liquid lipstick includes natural ingredients to provide comfort and hydration. It’s also formulated to last up to 12 hours and can be worn all day and night without any touch-ups. And there’s no need to worry about staining as the formula is transfer-resistant!

LELO Liquid Lipstick Review
When it comes to liquid lipsticks, I tend to go for mauve, berry or darker pink tones. For this liquid lipstick, I chose color number 6, Freak, which is a stunning warm neutral. The first thing I noticed was the gorgeous packaging! It has the same simplistic and luxurious feel of the Stylo Lipstick but the clear portion adds a bit of glamour, shimmering like a crystal in the light. The product itself looked so creamy and inviting with a sweet scent of what I can only describe as chocolate or cookies. SO yummy!
The application was very easy and the product went on so smoothly. The wand is perfectly shaped for providing coverage, applying the right amount of product and creating a flattering look. I actually applied quite a bit but the formula didn’t feel cake-y in the slightest. In fact, it was quite the opposite with a smooth texture and lightweight feel, almost as if I had no product on at all! The color is bold, vibrant and highly pigmented yet it’s still very wearable and flattering.
Sometimes a matte liquid lipstick can feel drying and dehydrating but this one felt so nice! I could feel the hydration and after wearing it all day, my lips looked smooth and nourished. As for the staying power – I drink TONS of water throughout the day and this lipstick did not budge. It still looked perfect by the end of the day. This waterproof lipstick would be perfect for day to night, special events, travel or for any occasion where you will be out for the majority of the day.

Final Thoughts on LELO Makeup
Overall, I’m very impressed! This was my first experience with LELO and as with any new brand, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I absolutely LOVE these lipsticks! Both of them went on so smoothly and were so easy to apply. I love the colors, the feel and the overall look. Plus I feel so beautiful in each color, which is always the ultimate goal when it comes to any beauty product!
