I come from a very small town in California that seems more like the wild west than a Hollywood dream. It very much reminds me of a town you’d visit in Texas. It has strong country roots, especially when it comes to music. After all, this is birthplace of Merle Haggard, a place once referred to as Nashville West. While the country music scene subsided long ago, the history is still very much alive. It’s not uncommon to see people sporting a cowboy hat, boots or even both!
Although my style is quite different, I’ve always wanted a pair of cowgirl boots. When I saw these white cowgirl boots from Tecovas, I knew that I had to have them in my life. Not only are they absolutely stunning but I feel that they are a good representation of my past and a great reminder of where I came from. They celebrate my roots, a part of myself that I’m learning to embrace more and more.
When I saw them in person, I squealed! These boots are absolutely dreamy – so well made and beautifully designed. I can just tell that they are going to last for a long time. And I’ve already dreamed up a million ways to wear them in my head š My favorite, of course, being with a pretty floral maxi (cottagecore vibes, anyone?) but honestly, they go with everything!
Wondering what to wear with white cowgirl boots? I personally LOVE them with longer flowy dresses but you could easily wear them with jeans or shorts and still look equally stylish. You might also be wondering – can you wear white boots to a wedding? I truly don’t see an issue with it if it’s a more casual wedding. If you are wary, be sure to ask the bride if she minds!

Oh my gosh, Lizzie, I just died a little over this outfit! I am a collector of cowgirl boots and just got a white pair his fall. I have only worn them once but I will link up that post. I absolutely love this dress and the way it looks with cowgirl boots. I rarely wear mine when there is snow on the ground because cowboy boots are so awful in the cold and snow! Does it NOT ever get cold or snow on ranches? Anyway, a great quality cowgirl boot will last you forever! I think I have about 10 pairs now. I love this outfit and reading about your small California town!

Your cowboy boars are fantastic! I love cowboy boots too, except for the moment of taking them off, which is tiring and takes a long time. Or do you have such severe problems with them?

Hi Cornelia! I know what you mean lol! This pair doesn’t have that issue but I have tried some before that were. I have larger calves so I looked for a larger calf circumference and this seems to help with that issue.
