Ethereal Cottagecore Aesthetic Outfit
Let me just start out by saying that this is not a sponsored post in any way. There was a situation that came about earlier this week that was upsetting to me. I will not go into too much detail, but I wanted to share what happened with you all. I was entered in an inastgram contest over the weekend. Long story short, I won by 17 votes. (thanks if you voted for me!) However, the prize was given to the 2nd place winner. There were many red flags….the friendship of the host and winning contestant, a secret facebook poll, private message votes, etc. When I asked her to recount, I got blocked. A few family members and friends questioned her decision as well and got blocked. I got onto my husband’s instagram to screenshot the results and alas, they had been deleted on both sites.
Fast forward to Monday afternoon. I gave the company a call and told them about what had happened. They were appalled and disgusted that someone representing their company with act such a way. They immediately started investigating and were so helpful in every way. They are also sending me a free dress…a very nice gesture and something I didn’t even expect! I’m not one to complain, but I have had trouble with companies in the past doing immoral things. They were absolutely no help and left me helpless and defeated. This company, however, took care of the problem right away, made me feel like I mattered and did everything they could to make me smile again. This is a company that values their customers and their product and stands by their beliefs of how people should act toward one another. I am so impressed with how they handled this situation, especially for being such a new company. Great Job LuLaRoe!
Anyway, that’s not what I had planned on writing, but sometimes things just happen organically. On to my Ethereal Cottagecore Aesthetic Outfit…. 🙂
It’s no surprise that I love neutrals, especially cream colors. I decided to go a step further today and just go all out monochrome. It may look like a boho wedding dress, but that’s okay with me. I knew wanted a romantic, ethereal and almost whimsical feeling for this outfit. I paired a gorgeous lace top with a chiffon knife pleated maxi skirt for a beautiful texturized outfit. I completed this Ethereal Cottagecore Aesthetic Outfit by donning my favorite little flower crown, cognac boots (to add some height) and gold infused jewelry. The end result is regal, yet relaxed and free. I’m so completely in love with this outfit. My heart just melts looking at these pictures. <3
