When it comes to my ultra feminine style, I try to incorporate it into every aspect of my life. Whether that’s channeled through a beautiful dress, a soft lip color, a lovely home or even a kind attitude, there’s always an air of romance, whimsy and femininity present. Today, I’m giving you a little peak into my home and showing you how I incorporate linen into my feminine home decor!
Magic Linen Duvet Cover c/0 | Magic Linen Pillow Cases c/o | Floral Dress (short version here – seen in this post)
I traded in my classic white bedding for this pretty set and I couldn’t be more obsessed! This is the “woodrose” color from Magic Linen and I have to say, it’s even more beautiful in person! Plus my husband loves it too, which is very rare haha! I was originally going to get the light pink (it comes in so many different colors!) but decided upon this one because I thought it was a good compromise 🙂 It’s a beautiful mauve color with a cool undertone and the linen is SO soft! It has a nice worn-in look, which I love, and is super breathable, extremely comfortable and keeps the temperature regulated at night. Plus it just puts a smile on my face each morning when I wake up! 🙂 Our bedroom overall is very white (which a few hints of metallic) so adding in some color is a nice change. And luckily all of our sheets are some variation of grey and white (florals, strips, plaid, etc) so this goes very nicely.
When it comes to my feminine home decor, it’s actually fairly modest. We live in an apartment so I try not to go to crazy with adding “things” to our living space. Just little feminine touches here and there is all I need for now (but really what I mean is that I can’t live in a royal princess Barbie dream house because I have my hubby to think about too haha!) 😉 I usually add those special touches through texture, design and color. The color of the linen bedding definitely helps break up the all the white but it lacks the ruffled texture that my previous bedding had so I decided to add some round velvet pillows and a short faux fur rug to drape over the end and I love the end result! I always try to throw in some vintage inspo when I can 😉
Fun Fact: My four poster bed frame and matching nightstand and chest are actually antique pieces that I repurposed! The set was originally oak but I wasn’t a fan so I hand painted it right after we got married – best decision ever! It even has a gorgeous rose engraving on the headboard! My husband has mentioned upgrading but I think it’s just so charming and unique… I’m just not sure that I could ever part with it. In the future, I’ll probably set it up in a guest room once we have a house.
Magic Linen Tablecloth c/o | Magic Linen Table Runner c/o | Magic Linen Napkins c/o
I also grabbed some table linens in the same beautiful color! The tablecloth and ivory runner both have a ruffled hemline, which I think it just so adorable! The napkins are a nice size and have a cute little pom pom detail. At first, I was worried that the linen would be see-through but to my surprise, it’s fairly opaque! I love that this fabric can work for a variety of occasions and can be dressed up or dressed down. I’m planning to take it out to the park for an impromptu picnic before summer ends! 😉

They also have bath linens like towels, robes and laundry bags along with beautiful curtain options and beach towels anddd kitchen linens that include aprons, tea towels and other accessories like oven mitts and storage!
