Pillowtalk Eyeshadow Palette
I’m no stranger to Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palettes but this is the first time I’ve tried Pillowtalk (crazy, I know). The formula is amazing and the colors are absolutely stunning! This is perfect for daytime. I should also note that I love how they also include instructions on where to put each color. It makes applying makeup a breeze and it always turns out perfect!
Pillowtalk Palette of Pops Eyeshadow Palette
This is like Pillowtalk 2.0. It’s perfect for evening but I think it also works for daytime as well! I loveee sparkle so this is definitely up my alley. It has the same amazing formula and a similar color palette to the original but it’s slightly darker and more sparkly. Also, the colors in both of these palettes are SO flattering (especially if you have green eyes like myself)! I’ve seen this on several different skin tones and each one looks stunning!
Pillowtalk Instant Eyeshadow Palette
This is a limited edition palette but oh my gosh, it’s SO gorgeous! I’ve had my eye on it since it came out. This palette actually comes with 4 different eye looks in a variety of pink hues – day, desk, date, dream. I typically gravitate toward pink toned eyeshadows so this palette is a dream! I love that it includes neutrals for a classic, chic look as well as more vibrant hues for a bold, statement-making look.
I have another CT blush in a lighter color and again, the formula and color are incredible! Pillowtalk is exactly how you’d imagine it. It’s a slightly darker pink hue but it’s very wearable and very flattering. It’s also unlike any other blush I’ve tried with the “pop” in the middle. I love that everything in the Pillowtalk collection compliments each other.
This is my go-to lip pencil no matter what lip color I’m wearing! Although this matches the lipstick perfectly, it’s also very close to my natural lip. UI find that using both products together actually increases longevity a bit and it helps to really define my lips. This is a classic that I will never stop buying!
Perhaps the most iconic product from the Pillowtalk collection is the Pillowtalk lipstick. This is the PERFECT color (I’m not kidding). I’ve always been a lipstick girl and while I love experimenting with different colors at times, I tend to gravitate toward mauve-y pinks usually. The shape of this lipstick makes it easy to apply and while the formula is matte, it’s hydrating and lasts quite a while.
It’s no secret that Charlotte Tilbury boasts some of the most beautiful packaging in the beauty industry. Every detail is immaculately designed to perfection to create the most glamorous packaging worthy of old Hollywood royalty. It has a slight art deco vibe that I love and the designs are so luxurious. This goes for everything from their beauty products to their skincare and I love that everything is different yet still goes together cohesively as a collection.
I am so pleased with this collection! As a lover of Charlotte Tilbury, I knew this collection would be perfect for me but wow… I am blown away! The colors are just so pretty and flattering! And after trying out each item and wearing them consistently, I can honestly say that this collection is worth every penny. I have found the makeup application to be really easy, the colors to be perfectly pigmented and all of the items (aside from the lipstick, obviously) have lasted all day without having to reapply. Also, I should add that the makeup palettes last forever!! They may be petite but you can definitely get a lot of wear out of them. Highly recommend!
