It’s no question that I love a good ruffle so when I saw that this beach dress not only had ruffles on the hem but also the sleeves, I was smitten! It’s the flowiest, breeziest, most beautiful summer dress. The chiffon fabric is lightweight and breathable but also helps protect from the sun. The pattern consists of two different florals that work together seamlessly and the colors just scream summer vacation! It’s also very comfortable to wear and is the perfect length, especially for petites. The only thing I should mention is that it doesn’t come with a slip. I’m wearing a nude slip from Vanity Fair Lingerie here but it can also be used as a cover up.
This dress would be perfect for the beach, a pool party, to celebrate a summer holiday or just to lounge around. I styled it with my favorite wide-brim sun hat, a white laser cut handbag, pink round sunglasses and white scalloped flats (the design reminds me of a seashell!). This is definitely the dress of summer and I cannot even tell you how many times I’ve worn it so far. I just love it!
