Who doesn’t love a good, flirty false lash? I’ve been playing with my beauty looks more and more as of late and that includes the addition of falsies 🙂 Today I’m sharing some of my recent faves along with a fun giveaway! Read on for my full Ashley Kennedy lashes review and comparison!
Ashley Kennedy Lashes Review & Comparison
Ashley Kennedy was founded by entrepreneurs and BIPOC engaged couple, Ashley Kennedy and David Pauley. They set out to create a brand dedicated to empowering women by bringing out confidence and natural beauty of the wearers with their lashes. The lashes are all 100% faux mink, vegan, cruelty-free and leaping bunny certified! The lashes can be used up to 30 times and they are lightweight and provide all day comfort. There is a style for everyone so you can glam it up however you’d like! 🙂 They are also loved by celebrities including beauty icon Amber Rose and the brand also gives back by supporting Rainier Scholars with a 10% donation from sales each year. This is a 12-year program that offers a pathway for hard-working, low-income students of color. It really is such an incredible brand and I’m so excited to introduce you to their products!
The San Diego Lash is my fave! It looks very natural but has a slightly winged look to emphasize and flatter the eye. These are super comfortable to wear and feel practically weightless when on. They have a wispy, feminine look that I adore and I think that these would be the perfect everyday lashes! I’ve already worn them so much and I’ve gotten compliments each time. They look great with or without eye makeup!
The Palm Spring Half Lash is slightly more full than the San Diego lash but they are equally as comfortable. They also have a beautiful winged look! They make daytime looks super glam and I really love the length! I have tiny eyes so I always have to trim my lashes by about a third. However, these are a half lash so they are actually the perfect length – no trimming required! These would be great for daytime looks! And they definitely do remind me of Palm Springs 😉
The Oakland Lash is just a bit more full than the Palm Springs Half Lash and they are definitely super glam (and lightweight too)! They have a really pretty wispy look about them that makes a statement in the best way! I think these would be perfect for date night or nighttime makeup looks!
The LA Lash is the most glam of all! They are super full, voluminous and the most attention grabbing. They are long, dramatic and while much fuller than the San Diego, it’s still just as lightweight. These are definitely the lashes for going out on the town at night. They look amazing with equally dramatic makeup!
These adhesive pens are AMAZING!! I think that these are, by far, my favorite mode of application when it comes to false lashes. They are super easy to use and the lashes stay on all day. I didn’t have any issues at all! Plus application was a breeze and took hardly any time at all! The pink one has a clear adhesive and the black one has a black adhesive that also doubles as an eyeliner – genius! 😉 They are also natural, latex-free, vegan and cruelty free! Like the lashes, they are highly affordable at just under $20.
Overall , I really love the lashes and adhesive pens! I love that they are all vegan, cruelty free and that there are a ton of options for different looks. I also love that they give back! I hope you will check them out! Feel free to follow Ashley Kennedy on Instagram and check out their website for more!
